Very beautiful apartment, perfect for the big family. It is a very spacy and charming apartment that was totally reformed the summer 2017. The owners have renovated EVERYTHING, including changing all electric- and water cables, so here you can buy an apartment and just relax without having to do nothing to it for many years. The apartment is in south orientation and has lots of big windows and therefor it feels very bright and open. All windows and doors have wooden frames which gives a nice contrast to the other modern style. With 3 bedrooms (one of them with a door to the balcony) and 1 bathroom, 1 toilet there is lots of space. The balcony is shaped like a L is a bit thin but lovely and always sunny. There is also a community roof-terrace with even more sun! 5 minutes from the apartment you have a restaurant called El Paraiso de Torrevieja, that except from serving food, have 2 swimmingpools (1 for adults, 1 for children), mini-golf and other nice things. Here you pay for one day or a week, however you like it. Though there is no pool in the urbanisation, this is a nice alternative if you prefer to bade in the pool insted of the sea that is only a 100 meters from the apartment. Very close to 2 big supermarkets and some restaurants. More or less 15-20 minutes walking distance to the city of Torrevieja with all shops and restaurants. Welcome!
