Imagine yourself turning the key to your brand new villa on the Costa Blanca. That smell of fresh materials as you walk through the door for the first time is unforgettable. Your furniture pack has already arrived and has been set up ready to enjoy, as you walk through the large, spacious and bright living area you open the glass sliding doors and gaze out to the glistening private pool. Your partner pours you a glass of wine and you both sit in the garden around the new table and chairs enjoying one of the 300 days of sunshine that the area has per year. Nightfall and you start to get hungry, you lock the security door and set off walking into town, within less than 10 minutes your sat at one of the local restaurants enjoying a jug of sangria and ordering some typical Spanish tapas. Upon returning to your new home you make your way upstairs and crash out in the huge master bedroom en suite. Morning arrives later than usual, the smell of coffee rises from downstairs, your partner has your favourite iced latte sat there waiting for you. You chat over the breakfast bar whilst eating, wondering if you should spend another day by the pool or head out to one of the many blue flag beaches the area has to offer. After spending a few days in your brand new villa you realise that your dreams have become a reality.
