Fantastic east facing quad villa in Entre Golf Villamartin. The property is bright, spacious and decorated to a high standard. There are 2 floors and in addition there is a large rooftop solarium, which is a great area for entertaining. Upon entering the ground floor, there is a large L shaped lounge, dining area with AC, a shower room, a nice separate kitchen with another door that leads out to a back garden area, there is a large double room with fitted wardrobes. On the first floor, there are 2 further double rooms (the master bedroom has its own private sun terrace) and both are fitted with AC units, there is also another well equipped bathroom. Outside there is off road parking and lovely seated area for BBQs. This is a fantastic property for a great price! The town is now alive with supermarkets, a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants.There are plenty of golf resorts in the town including the original ‘Club de Golf Villamartín’ which hosts the Mediterranean open, and Las Ramblas known for giving experienced golfers quite the challenge.
