There is a large covered barbecue/outside kitchen area including a traditional oven and hob and a traditional bread oven. There is ample room for shaded dining in addition to several outside dining areas. There is an outdoor shower room and storeroom and a large wooden shed. At the far side of the pool is a separate storage compound and workshop with electrical supply. There is a large driveway and carport. At the side of the property there are stairs to a large solarium with lovely views over the pool area, attached orange groves and the pleasant surrounding cultivated land. Orihuela town centre is just 8 minutes’ drive. The beautiful blue flag beach of Guardamar del Segura is just 35 minutes’ drive and Alicante airport is only 20 minutes.
